Coupling extensive experience across federal agencies, non-profits, and academia with a Master's in Public Health program design, data monitoring and evaluation my expertise lies at the intersection of data analytics and healthcare. In my current role at DOJ, I help manage the data analytics team in the Civil Division. At USAID, I led as a Data Subject Matter Expert, crafting data-driven strategies and fostering collaboration to synthesize trends through Tableau-generated visualizations. My tenure at the Department of State's Office of Foreign Assistance involved comprehensive data analysis, policy contributions, and database management to support programmatic goals. With a track record in technical assistance, enterprise data management, and budget oversight at several federal agencies, I possess a knack for driving impactful outcomes by leveraging data insights.

Change is the new normal, and I have built a career proving that adaptability is not just a soft skill, it is a strategic advantage. I am a PMP, PMI-CPMAI, and SCRUM-certified Program Manager with a track record that spans healthcare operations, financial services, and legal services technology programs. That range is intentional. Every industry shift sharpened my ability to enter complex environments, ask the right questions, and deliver, even when the playbook does not exist yet. My career is a story of range, resilience, and strategic learning, and that is exactly what transformation roles demand. My superpower is strategic collaboration: working across engineering, operations, compliance, and executive teams to untangle dependencies, recover off-track initiatives, and build smarter, more resilient systems. I do not just fix what is broken. I uncover the "why" behind the breakdown and redesign for what comes next. I have supported the delivery of technical infrastructure powering scalable IT Program Management Offices, led call center software development initiatives, and championed AI-forward practices that increase team capacity without sacrificing quality. I am also a 2026 Content Expert for Project Management on Kiwanis International's Kiwanis Amplify Leadership Development platform, because developing the next generation of project leaders matters as much to me as delivering the work itself. Outside of project execution, I am deeply committed to workforce development for project management professionals and mental health advocacy in the workplace. High performance should never come at the cost of well-being.
