The Marcy Lab School is a one-year, tuition-free career development program designed for young adults pursuing an alternative to the traditional college route. Through immersive training inSoftware Engineeringand<strong>Data Analytics</strong>, fellows build real-world technical skills, develop strong portfolios, and receive personalized career coaching — all with the goal of securing a high-growth tech job upon graduation. Marcy provides a rigorous, supportive, and community-centered pathway to long-term economic mobility and impact.
About the offer
The Marcy Lab School is excited to offer the Baddies in Tech community a clear, structured pathway into high-growth tech careers through our one-year, tuition-free Software Engineering and Data Analytics fellowships. Our goal is to create real economic mobility for members—especially those seeking alternative, nontraditional routes into tech.

Please share access/redemption instructions: Baddies in Tech members can access The Marcy Lab School by completing our Intent Form, which is the first step in the admissions process. After submitting the form, applicants will either be directed straight to the full application (if they’ve already engaged with our team) or contacted by our Admissions staff within 2 business days to discuss next steps
