Baddies in Tech is my new favorite thing! As a black woman in tech, I feel seen and acknowledged in an industry that wasn’t made for people like me. Thanks to this community, I feel like my identity is welcome in the tech industry. Thank you for this space!

Becoming a Member of Baddies in Tech was the best thing that happened to me last year. Coming from a non-technical background I started out with zero direction but thanks to this amazing community, I not only received resources and advice from fellow Baddies but also a full ride scholarship to study Web Development with one of BiT’s partner institutions. I’m so happy because in a few months I’ll fulfill my dream of becoming a Web Developer!

BiT has been more than a platform for me. I’m not a tech bro, I'm a tech baddie! As an experienced frontend engineer, I get to help other aspiring engineers while still learning from baddies who are more experienced in other technologies. The community events encompassing different areas in the tech industry always keeps me knowledgeable. If you want to level up your tech career in a safe space, BiT is for you!
