Hey Baddies 💻✨ I’m Cynthia! I come from an HR and Talent Acquisition background, where I’ve led recruiting strategy and supported business operations at scale. Through that work, I became deeply interested in the legal side of how companies operate—especially within tech. Now, I’m actively transitioning into the legal space and working toward becoming a tech attorney, where I can combine my experience in people operations with law, compliance, and emerging technology. I’m excited to connect with women who are building, pivoting, and creating their own lanes in tech and beyond 💫

Hi, I’m Debbie! I work as a Systems Engineer/ Implementation manager /Technical project manager. My experience sits at that intersection of strategy and execution. I can manage the work, but I also understand what’s happening under the hood. I’m currently finishing my second, this one is in Cybersecurity and AI while my first was in Computer and Systems engineering; continuing to build on a foundation I’ve already invested heavily in through education, certifications, and hands-on experience. At this stage, I’m focused on growing into more senior technical leadership roles where I can drive impact while still staying close enough to the work to understand it. Outside of tech, I’m big on travel, fitness, and enjoying life. I love experiencing new cultures, good food, and new environments. I’m very much about creating a life that feels as good as it looks. I joined BaddiesInTech to connect with like-minded women in tech who are intentional about their growth. I’ve done the work on paper, but I know there’s another level that comes from community, alignment, and being in the right rooms and that’s what I’m here to find.

Hey, I'm Devan Tucker! Founder and CRM Adoption Strategist at Anchored Business Strategies. I help nonprofits and professional service firms stop wasting money on CRM systems that nobody actually uses and start making those systems work as hard as they do. With 20+ years in nonprofit operations and back-office strategy, I've seen firsthand how the right technology can transform an organization's reach, relationships, and revenue. But only when people actually know how to use it. That's the gap I fill. I'm the strategist who comes in before, during, or after implementation to make sure your CRM investment actually sticks. I hold Salesforce Admin and HubSpot certifications and have worked across platforms, including EveryAction, Raiser's Edge, Go High Level, and Luminate. I've been in senior leadership for over 15 years, and I love helping others thrive and navigate the challenges of climbing the corporate ladder. Based in the Maryland/DC area with my wonderful husband and two boys - 13 and 9 years old. I'm here to connect, collaborate, and grow alongside women who are building something real.
