Baddie+ membership is best suited for women of color who are currently working in tech or tech adjacent fields. It is not designed to help you "break into" tech, but rather to help you build relationship capital to grow your career, find your next opportunity, and expand your professional network. If you're still transitioning into tech, we recommend taking advantage of our free membership and career resources.
We are looking for young women who are trailblazers, leaders and innovators in technology. It is also important to us that you have a passion for uplifting and collaborating with other women of color professionals.
