I am really happy I was able to have attended BaddieCon this past summer. I attended JoAnn Means' workshop for Strategies for Confidence in Interviewing & Negotiation and learned so much from the session. I connected with her after the conference to express my gratitude, and I was able to send my resume to her to be reviewed by teams at TD. I landed an interview a month later, and ultimately, I landed a job at TD that I recently just began!

The programming was excellent. It was fantastic that there was content for every corporate experience and entrepreneurial level. The sponsorship activation stations were well-branded and thoughtful. The experiences reminded me of Essence Fest!

I loved the conference and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I was so inspired by the women I met and those I heard speak and it encouraged me to keep taking charge of my career and believe in myself. Looking forward to BaddieCon 2025!!!
